Site Execution & Technical Office Team

     Kayan is an Egypt-based construction company delivering site execution and turnkey contracting services across civil, structural, and MEP scopes. The company specializes in piling works and steel structure projects, supported by a technical office that owns shop drawings, BOQs, and consultant coordination end-to-end.

     We operate alongside Regno ARM, our sister facility management arm, giving Kayan an integrated build-to-operate offering for industrial and commercial clients. Our quality framework is aligned to ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001, and we are positioned to bid on energy and infrastructure work where QHSE compliance is a prerequisite.

     We are now expanding our engineering team to support a growing project pipeline. The five roles in this brief form the core delivery unit — three on site, two in the technical office — and we expect to grow each function as the pipeline matures.
